Jim Cupero is a 1979 graduate of Villanova Law School. For more than 28 years he has practiced exclusively in the personal injury and medical malpractice fields. Jim began his career in New York City where he defended physicians and hospitals in medical malpractice actions. He came to Orange County in 1986 where he represented injured persons, as well as defendants, in personal injury and medical malpractice cases as Partner and Senior Trial Counsel in two of Orange County's largest law firms.
Over the past 15 years Jim has further limited his practice to the representation of the injured only. In fact, the Law Office of James J.
